Aquavision appoints director of business development for EMEA

In-wall and waterproof TV brand Aquavision has announced the appointment of Ronnie Turpie as director of EMEA business development.

Turpie has extensive international business management experience in the Pro AV, custom installation and consumer electronics industry in the UK and overseas, most recently with Paradigm Electronics and Anthem AV, where as sales and business development manager he was responsible for the EMEA region.

In his new role he will be responsible for developing Aquavision’s international territories, partners, channels and vertical markets.

Alastair Benn, managing director of Aquavision, said: “Ronnie is well known in the industry and brings a wealth of international business development experience as well as valuable knowledge in both the UK and overseas sectors.  He will be an asset to our fast-growing team at Aquavision.”

Turpie commented: “I have joined a progressive company at a very exciting time. I am looking forward to developing this great British brand.

“The industry is extremely fast moving and it will be my job to grow the business and infrastructure as well as expanding the business overseas and appointing new distributors.  The brand already has an excellent reputation and technically we have some of the leading experts in the field – people who are experienced in developing brands that are innovative but which also meet the real needs of our customers.”
