Britannia wins Best Buy award in latest Which? Tests

Britannia’s built-in IDW60 dishwasher has been awarded Which? Best Buy status after scoring 82% in product testing performed by the consumer group.

The Which? testing process measures a number of attributes including cleaning capability, energy efficiency, space and ease of use.

Judges said the IDW60 showed “excellent” cleaning ability, leaving “dishes bone dry without watermark”’ and had “good energy and water efficiency and vast capacity.”

The IDW60 has an A+++ energy rating, 14 place setting capacity and eight different wash cycles including economy and rapid wash cycles.

Stuart Netscher from Glen Dimplex Home Appliances said: “Whilst many people will already be familiar with the quality of Britannia’s range cookers, this dishwasher is a relatively new addition to our product line-up, so it’s fantastic to receive recognition for its quality and functionality.

“Over the past two years we have consistently looked to expand our product portfolio with new and exciting offerings. The addition of this dishwasher allowed us to offer a full portfolio of products for the very first time and to have it endorsed as a Which? Best Buy is a fantastic achievement.”
