LG adds new additions to ‘Total Clothing Care’ at IFA 2017
LG Electronics will exhibit at IFA 2017 with a “Total Clothing Care” solution within its MDA offering.
The company’s newest TWINWash™ washing machines will be accompanied by the latest innovations in clothing care technology incorporated in its high-efficiency dryers and the LG Styler, a tall cupboard-like appliance that delivers the final step in the clothing care process.
The Styler is designed to refresh and deodorise clothes using TrueSteam™ technology to gently sanitise items, while reducing wrinkles and odours with ease.
It incorporates the same Inverter Heatpump technology found in LG’s dryers to ensure delicate treatment of clothing. A core feature of the Styler is its Moving Hanger, which gently shakes items to further reduce wrinkles formed during the steam process.
An “Easy Pants Crease” function forms a fine, crisp line down the centre of trouser legs.
LG said the Styler “prevents fabric damage and extends the life of clothes.” It also reduces trips to the dry cleaner.
The expansion of LG’s TWINWash lineup sees models ranging from large capacity 27-inch units to more affordable 24-inch options. The line-up offers features such as TrueSteam™ and TurboWash™ to eliminate almost all allergens, wrinkles and odours, softening clothing while still offering a powerful wash performance.
LG’s new dryer with Inverter Heatpump technology minimises fabric damage by maintaining a low drying temperature. It also provides additional options such as Eco Mode and Turbo Mode. Eco Mode saves energy and operates at a very low noise level; Turbo Mode ensures a quicker drying time.
