“The world’s smartest and most useful kettle…”

New to the UK market is “the world’s first cloud-based kettle”, which provides a real-time interactive app experience for connecting multiple users safely and securely. The Appkettle is controlled through a free app which enables touch temperature control, favourites, smart scheduling, automatic brew timing and keep warm features for the best-tasting beverages. The appliance has a brushed stainless steel body and base, a double glass water window and clear LED display with manual controls.

App features include:

  • Favourites mode: Users can save the type of drink, the temperature (60ºC – 100ºC) and brew timing for beverages. Appkettle notifies them when the drink is ready
  •  ‘Just in Time’ Scheduling with volume sensing
  • Automatic Brew timing
  • Baby Bottle Mode: The app can be used to check the water level, set bottle size and the number of bottles. Appkettle automatically boils and cools, ready at a time to suit the user
  • Cloud based: The appliance can be used anywhere with mobile WiFi, 3G or 4G signal
  • Social media access, energy monitoring and preference controls such as volume cup sizes, keep warm settings and default temperatures via the app
  • Appkettle is being developed with Amazon echo integration into early 2017. So “Alexa, Turn Appkettle on” will soon become a reality for users
