V-ZUG establishes free technical advice helpline
V-ZUG UK has established a new freephone Technical Advice & Service line linked direct to the company’s head office in Switzerland.
The helpline provides customers with unlimited access to information such as technical requirements, fitting instructions and the scheduling of live service dates. It is an addition to V-ZUG’s existing After-sales & Customer care helpline, which remains in operation across the UK and Ireland.
“This addition to our network allows us to work effectively with our affiliate service centres of excellence and fully-trained V-ZUG-supported national engineer network,” said Graham Smy, Head of After Sales & Care for V-ZUG UK/IRELAND.
“As a premium brand, we need to be able to react to the customer’s specific requirements and ensure communication and response are best in class and built around the end user’s timeframe.”
