4lite creates “symphony of light” in smart lighting ad campaign
Lighting manufacturer 4lite has launched a TV and Digital advertising campaign to raise awareness of its smart lighting products and their capabilities among trade and consumer audiences.
As demand for smart home appliances and products grows, more consumers are adding smart lighting to their network of connected devices so the sector offers ongoing opportunities for independent electrical retailers.
4lite’s campaign will incorporate 30-second TV ads across high-profile Sky channels and a range of YouTube ads targeting sport, technology and news. It features a conductor who brings his home to life with a symphony of light as he conducts hundreds of smart light fittings in time to a music track.
This is the lighting manufacturer’s biggest multi-channel media campaign to date and, in this instance, it coincides with a major product rollout across a national retailer – the beneficiary being home improvement chain Wickes – as the TV activity goes live.
Jane Rylands, Head of Marketing for 4lite, said: “This campaign, coupled with our increasing retail presence and the Wickes rollout, will help to raise the awareness of 4lite’s smart lighting products and their capabilities, amongst our key trade and consumer audiences.”
The ad is expected to reach four million viewers during its six-week run from October 15th across channels including Sky Sports, Sky Sports News, Premier League, BT Sport, Comedy and Central. YouTube activity will feature 12- and six-second versions of the ad.
