Bertazzoni launches cooling lines

Bertazzoni has launched its first cooling appliances to complement its range of cooking products available in the UK.

The French-door model has a capacity of 532L in total, 421L in the fridge and 120L in the freezer section; six foldable shelves and a dual air cooling system that optimises temperature and humidity control. The technology used in the unit provides freezing up to 20% faster than a standard fridge freezer.

The Italian company, which marks its 135th anniversary this year, developed the fridge freezer to provide a single, integrated look for the kitchen. Consumers can choose from the Professional, Master or Heritage Series.

The Professional Series offers angular lines and gloss finishes in colours such as red, yellow and orange. The Master Series uses more curved styling and matt finishes to provide a classic aesthetic. The Heritage Series embraces the early days of Bertazzoni and a more traditional look.

Maurizio Severgnini, managing director at Bertazzoni UK and Eire, said: “The inclusion of a cooling appliance allows Bertazzoni customers to have a completely harmonious kitchen suite of beautifully designed and well manufactured products. Contemporary design and robust construction mean that the fridge is more than just a beautiful addition to the kitchen, it’s also an investment piece that will keep food as fresh as possible to make beautiful culinary creations.”
