Blueair receives GHI stamp of product approval

Swedish brand Blueair is claiming the title of “first ever” air purification brand to be accredited with the Good Housekeeping Institute stamp of approval for its Classic and Blue Pure ranges of appliances, stating that the accolade makes it “the most awarded air purifier brand in the UK”.

GHI approved all of the eight Blueair models it tested: the Classic 205, 280i, 405, 480i, 605 and 680i, and the Blue Pure 411 and 221.

Other awards gained by the brand include Which? Best Buys, (4 out of the 9 Which? Best Buy air purifiers are from Blueair), Best-in-Test at TestFakta for the 405, Asthma Allergy Nordic and Quiet Mark across multiple models.

Alexander Provins, Director Europe at Blueair, said the GHI accreditation makes it easier for consumers to shop for air purifiers with the comfort of knowing the products have been tried and tested.

“The approval by Good Housekeeping Institute speaks volumes for the need for air purifiers in the home and the benefits it has on our health and wellbeing.

“Blueair’s air purifiers help us to protect our children, society and planet from the effects of poor indoor air.”
