BSH “Top Employer” for fourth successive year

BSH Home Appliances, manufacturer of the Bosch, NEFF, Siemens and Gaggenau brands, has been officially recognised as a Top Employer for 2019 by the Top Employers Institute.

Top Employers are “organisations of the highest calibre that have worked hard to create and implement their people strategies. Through strategic and thoughtful workplace programmes, they have created an environment that empowers and develops employees.”

Andreas Meier, CEO, BSH Home Appliances Ltd (pictured), said: “We are delighted to have been recognised for the fourth year running as a Top Employer. In 2016, we were the first company in our industry in the UK to hold this certificate, and we’re now the first in the industry to hold the title for four consecutive years.”

Ting Mensing, CFO, BSH Home Appliances Ltd, added: “We are extremely proud to be one of a select number of UK organisations to be rated as a Top Employer. The training and development of employees is a key focus for us at BSH, from initial recruitment to career development, so they can continually progress within the organisation, both professionally and personally. To have this work recognised by the Top Employers Institute is a great achievement and testament to the hard work of everyone at BSH.”

Established more than 25 years ago, The Top Employers Institute has certified and recognised more than 1500 Top Employers in 118 countries across five continents.
