Caple releases new summer edition of The Chef

Appliance specialist Caple has published a new summer edition of its recipe book entitled The Chef. The publication features recipes devised by celebrity chef and brand ambassador Josh Eggleton plus some “exciting” new editorial features.

The full-colour 40-page book includes a range of starters, mains and desserts such as sticky glazed pork ribs, steamed mussels with cider and parsley butter and set yogurt panna cotta with rhubarb. Recipes are accompanied by a suggested wine, chosen specifically to match the flavours in the dish.

The editorial features include interviews with Great British Menu star Josh Eggleton and Caple sales director Danny Lay, plus top tips for barbecuing and “must have” items for the kitchen.

There is also an in-depth look at some of Caple’s appliances, including the new C950i multi-zone induction hob, and a competition to win a meal for two at Eggleton’s Michelin-starred restaurant, The Pony & Trap.

Caple’s sales director Danny Lay, said: “Our previous editions of The Chef have proved so popular that we have produced a special summer issue this year, packed with great recipes plus some new cookery and appliance features which will appeal to every keen cook.”
