Caple stars at Eat Drink Bristol Fashion 2015

Appliance brand Caple has announced its headline sponsorship of  Eat Drink Bristol Fashion, a two-week festival of food, drink and music set in Bristol’s Queen’s Square.

Caple has designed a special kitchen for the occasion, fitted with a collection of its appliances that will be by some of the UK’s best celebrity chefs including brand ambassador Michelin-starred chef Josh Eggleton.

Eggleton will be hosting an evening offering a six-course tasting menu featuring classic seasonal dishes from his local restaurant The Pony & Trap.

He will be cooking on the World Food Stage using a varied collection of Caple Sense stainless steel appliances, including a hob, induction wok, oven, steam oven & microwave, a wine cabinet and fridge-freezer, and a Caple sink and tap will also feature on this year’s Stage.

“As a local company, we are delighted to be a headline sponsor at this year’s Bristol EDBF festival,” said Caple sales director Danny Lay.

“We can’t wait to see our appliances put through their paces by brand ambassador Josh Eggleton and sample his tasting menu, which promises to be truly mouth watering.”

Eat Drink Bristol Fashion takes place from 29th April to 10th May.
