De Dietrich concept makes pro-quality cooking simpler

French kitchen appliance brand De Dietrich has introduced a “simple cooking concept” to help the achievement of consistently top class profession-standard dishes with the minimum effort.

The “Twist, Click, Cook” concept will, says De Dietrich, “showcase the simplicity of using De Dietrich ovens to create an array of impressive dishes and meals.”

There are three steps in the process: “Twist” the dial in the oven Chef mode to select food type, then “Click” on that selected food, when the oven will indicate best shelf position. When the food is placed in the oven and the door closes, the oven will “Cook” by determining the temperature and cook time. In Chef Mode, the oven’s patented technology adjusts all settings automatically: the cooking function; the ideal temperature; the cooking time.

Tom Whelan, marketing manager for De Dietrich in UK & Ireland, said: “De Dietrich, a leader in French design and cooking appliances since 1684, continue to bring exciting new technologies to consumers”.
