De Dietrich induction hob expands cooking options

The latest addition to the De Dietrich cooking collection is the horiZone induction hob with ‘HoriZone Play’, a feature accommodating a choice of accessories that sit securely on rails connected to the hob and can be slid across its surface as required during cooking.

A wooden chopping board is supplied with the appliance, and a grill and plancha come at an additional cost.

The hob itself is zoneless, thereby accommodating different shapes and sizes of cookware ranging from 10cm frying pans to 40cm oval casserole dishes. An Anti-Overheating safety feature prevents temperatures from reaching beyond 300oC to ensure safe and trouble-free cooking.

Other safety features include Anti-overspill, Keyboard lock, Automatic stop and Overvoltage.

The horiZone induction hob is available in three sizes: 90cm (model ref: DPI7966XS) SRP £1199, 80cm (model ref: DPI7884XS) SRP £999, and 65cm (model ref: DPI7686XS) SRP £749. The grill and plancha accessories hold SRPs of £199 and £189 respectively.

De Dietrich induction hobs come in a variety of colours: Absolute Black, Platinum, Pure White and Iron Grey.

The new collection is available from KAL (kal.ie) or AB Distributors (abdistributors.co.uk)
