Dualit marks 70-year Anniversary with new product launch

Dualit is introducing new models into its Classic toaster and kettle collection in celebration of its 70th Anniversary this year.

The Midnight Blue Classic toaster features patented ProHeat® Elements, which benefit from a protective natural mineral layer (Mica) that covers the filaments to make them virtually unbreakable and easy to keep clean.  The extra ‘winds per cm2’ on the ProHeat® Elements ensure that bread is toasted more evenly.

Dualit toasters are designed to be tough enough to cope with commercial kitchens and the Classic contains fully repairable or replaceable parts (including the ProHeat® Elements) for longevity.

Additional benefits include a manual ejector, concealed crumb tray, high-lift mechanism and a mechanical timer to control the browning process. The extra-wide 28mm slots are suitable for use with Dualit’s Sandwich cages and a slot selector means it is possible to toast only what is needed, which helps to reduce energy.

A patented adjustable rear foot compensates for uneven surfaces.

During the last 70 years the Classic toaster has been available in a rainbow of colour choices, and Dualit is currently offering its recently launched, multi-patented Classic Kettle in a range of these colours, including the new Midnight Blue.

As part of its 70-year celebrations, Dualit has launched a worldwide search to find the oldest working Dualit toaster. The winner will receive a selection of the brand’s appliances including an exclusive, limited edition Anniversary toaster. Details on how to enter can be found at www.dualit.com/70.
