Electrolux Group to unveil new products at Euronics Showcase

Electrolux, Zanussi and AEG will exhibit a range of new products at this year’s CIH Euronics trade show, many of which will be exclusive to independent retailers.

The two day event, taking place 13-14 April at the NEC in Birmingham, will see Zanussi unveil a new freestanding cooker range that will offer profitable trade up opportunities to CIH members. The appliances have been designed for family cooking and will feature the largest oven capacity available in cookers on the market today.

Zanussi will also give visitors a preview of its new laundry range due to arrive later this year. The new products will boast larger capacities and shorter cycle times, plus a host of features offering better cleaning and gentler drying results.

The Electrolux Group will also place a special emphasis on built-in appliances this year.

Glenn Roberts, Trade Marketing Manager at Zanussi, said: “There’s no denying that a consumer preference for built-in products is growing. With this in mind, it’s important that we can offer independent retailers excellent and affordable built-in ranges that will add value to their business. At this year’s show we will be talking about the very latest oven technology, something we are well-versed in as the manufacturer of the UK’s best-selling pyrolytic oven.”

Electrolux said that activity at the show will be “fun, vibrant and very interactive.” Visitors to the company’s stand (No. 370) will be able to learn more about steam, induction and pyrolytic technology aimed at a range of customer price points.
