Electrolux launches new range of appliances in partnership with Poggenpohl

Electrolux is launching a new range of super-premium kitchen appliances to be offered exclusively with Poggenpohl’s Goldreif kitchens.

The new Gourmet Range, which complements the luxury Electrolux Grand Cuisine cooking system and the premium Inspiration Range of appliances, will be made available as a built-in component of Goldreif kitchens – a brand which is being reintroduced by Poggenpohl this autumn – through kitchen retailers only.

The launch of Electrolux Grand Cuisine in 2012 represented a breakthrough into a completely new product category for the brand. According to Electrolux, it is the only ultra-luxury professional cooking system specifically designed for home use and enhances brand value by targeting high-end consumers.

“Following the successful launch of our Electrolux Grand Cuisine luxury cooking system, the Electrolux Gourmet Range represents our first offering within the super-premium segment,” said Chris Braam, SVP Sales & Services, Electrolux Europe. “We are very excited to enter this growth segment and especially so in partnership with the Poggenpohl Group.”

Lars Völkel, Managing Director, Poggenpohl Group, commented: “We are excited to reintroduce the Goldreif kitchen brand into the market. We have chosen to collaborate with Electrolux super-premium products as they share our passion for creating superior kitchen experiences for consumers. This is an exciting co-operation with a lot of potential for both the Poggenpohl and Electrolux Groups.”
