Exertis appoints UK Facilities and Health & Safety Head

Distributor of technology products Exertis has appointed Michelle Roberts as UK head of Health & Safety (H&S) and facilities management, reporting to Sion Wineyard, Exertis UK operations director.

Roberts, who has worked in facilities management for a variety of companies in different markets, most recently at MKS Instruments, will be responsible for leading, developing and managing the facilities and H&S requirements at the business’s sites on an ongoing basis.

“She has almost twenty years’ experience in senior facilities management roles and is ideal to manage our range of sites across the UK,” commented Wineyard.

“Exertis has grown exponentially and effective facilities management is key to our productivity, sustainability and the wellbeing of our employees.”

“Facilities management is an important area for all organisations, particularly one that has grown at the pace of Exertis,” said Roberts.

“I am looking forward to the challenge of driving facilities management initiatives across the business as well as ensuring that the day-to-day operations provide the right safe and productive environment for Exertis employees.”
