Hisense announces new appointments

Hisense UK Ltd has expanded its operation with the appointment of two new members of staff.

Tim Clutton (pictured right) has joined as national account manager and Andrew Press (left) as key account manager.

Clutton previously worked at Belkin Ltd where he held a number of positions for six years, most recently as business development manager. He has depth of knowledge within retail sales and mass merchant channels, skills that are key to Hisense as it continues to broaden its UK distribution channels.

Andrew Press, a former FMCG National Account Manager with strategic planning experience and responsibility for major accounts such as Tesco, brings experience of marketing and inventory planning to his new role.

Howard Grindrod, deputy managing director of Hisense UK, said both men bring a wealth of experience and huge knowledge of the marketplace to their roles. “This is incredibly valuable to Hisense UK, especially during such a critical growth period.

“These two new team members can only make us stronger and more effective. The addition of two highly accomplished professionals is a huge positive as we continue to develop strongly in the UK market.”
