The Hoover and Candy brands have launched a number of freestanding microwave ovens to cater for a range of consumer budgets and requirements.

The Hoover collection includes Solo, Grill and Combi models with 25-litre capacities, stainless steel interiors and black/smoked glass finishes.

The range includes models featuring Inverter Technology, which heats quickly and uniformly to prevent over-cooking and hot spots, delivering better food texture, flavour and retaining nutrients.

The premium combination microwave model (HMCI25TB-UK) has a soft-touch control panel, a powerful 900w output, 1000w grill power and 1950w convection power.

It features Hoover’s auto menu function which allows users to cook items based on their food category and weight, and has 32 auto menus a memory function.

The Hoover Grill model (HMGI25TB-UK) and Hoover Solo (HMW25STB-UK) provide 900w of cooking power, with features including express cooking, start delay and a memory function.

The Candy models are available in white, black, silver and mirrored finishes in a choice of 700w, 800w and 900w outputs.  They incorporate child safety locks, easy-touch controls, express cooking, defrost mode and 40 automatic cooking programmes. Selected models also feature the Candy CookIn App which provides useful tips and recipe ideas.
