Hoover’s handy little spot-cleaner

Hoover has introduced a new handheld vacuum cleaner for what it calls “grab-and-go spot cleaning” in the home or car.

The H-HANDY 700 is a 42cm-long cordless model weighing just 660g with a 3-in-1 crevice, dusting and upholstery tool, offering up to 12 minutes runtime – 50% more than its closest competitor (the Shark WV200UK) – powered by an 11.1v lithium battery.

A brushless motor and EPA filter provide powerful suction, optimal air filtration and a long lifespan.

The H-HANDY 700 feature’s Hoover’s signature front LED lights to aid cleaning in darker areas and a 0.15L easy-empty dust cannister.

The unit launches in two versions: ‘express’ and ‘pets’, the latter offering a motorised pet brush – unique to Hoover – with an electrostatic velvet agitator which is said to be up to 50% more effective than a standard bristle brush bar.

Hoover will be launching a number of accessories to extend the product capabilities beyond vacuuming dust and debris – details to come late 2020/early 2021.

The H-HANDY Express (HH710M) has an SSP of £119.99 | H-HANDY Pets (HH710TPT) SSP £139.99.
