Hotpoint unveils new website

Hotpoint has launched a new interactive website which makes it easier for retailers and consumers to connect with the brand and its products.

Created with the user experience firmly in mind, the new site at www.hotpoint.co.uk hosts a range of eye-catching videos that show the insides of appliances to help visitors understand how Hotpoint’s technologies work. The site also makes it easier to obtain the latest information on the brand’s product range and to register appliances within the ‘My Hotpoint’ area.

Indesit Company Marketing Communications Director Ian Moverley said: “With a history of trusted innovation, we wanted the new website to be interactive, striking and easy to navigate, bringing to life our technology in a way that resonates with our customers, reaffirming our mission to bring stylish, intelligent appliances into their home.

“The website provides extensive product information and features that we know our customers look for and is the first port of call to keep up to date with the latest news and promotions from Hotpoint. It’s easy to access a wealth of knowledge from our Customer Service teams and our MyHotpoint area is expanding rapidly to enable our customers to access content directly relevant to their needs.”

The new website is the start of a new and clear focus for the Hotpoint brand, which is investing heavily in digital, across web, CRM and social media platforms.
