Jura launches Z6 bean-to-cup coffee machine

Swiss manufacturer Jura’s new bean-to-cup coffee machine is the first model in the range to allow coffee specialities to be individually programmed, renamed and duplicated.

The compact Z6 is claimed to deliver a brand new standard of quality across the whole spectrum of Jura Z6speciality coffees, with new technology guaranteeing professional quality, barista-style coffee every time and making it easier to create on-trend specialities.

The appliance features a Pulse Extraction Process which optimises extraction time. The water is precisely pulsed through the finely ground coffee at short intervals allowing maximum flavour to be extracted from the fresh beans.

The water tank and bean container can be removed from the front of the machine for convenience, and the Rotary Switch and TFT display offer easy and intuitive operation.

The Z6 is also easy to care for. It has a milk system cleaning function that operates at the touch of a button and an Intelligent Water System with automatic filter detection. CLARIS water filters provide optimum water quality and protect the fluid system against limescale.
