KBBG furthers UK development with new appointment

The Kitchen Bathroom Buying Group (KBBG), part of a Europe-wide kitchen and bathroom buying group for independent kitchen specialists, has appointed Matt Turton as Northern Regional Manager.

He brings industry experience from a variety of roles including national sales manager, Whirlpool; national sales manager, Electrolux; sales and marketing distribution director and, most recently, a senior role with 2020 Design.

He will focus on the continued support of current independent kitchen and bathroom retailers, as well as establishing new kitchen retail members throughout the north of the UK.

“I am delighted to be joining the KBBG,” he said. “The opportunity is enormous and I am looking forward to spearheading the drive in the north to introduce additional kitchen specialists to the KBBG. Our future lies in the continued support of our current members, and developing new ones, providing both with exceptional trading advantages so they can thrive and profit in the kitchen specialist market place.”

KBBG Managing Director Bill Miller said: “Matt joins the KBBG with a tremendous CV, and over 20 years’ industry experience working with independent kitchen specialists, which is perfect for the next stage in the development of the KBBG.  With Matt’s strong background, knowledge and understanding of the market, I am confident he will deliver the next stage of business growth strengthening the organisation here in the UK.”
