KBBG & Simon Acres Group partner for online training

The Kitchen Bathroom Buying Group (KBBG), part of European buying group DER KREIS, has joined forces with Simon Acres Group (SAGL) to launch online showroom sales training courses for KBBG members.

The courses are delivered by the Managing Director of SAGL, Simon Acres (pictured), in an easy to access video format. The KBB specific content is “focused on improving skills during the customer journey and is designed to help kitchen and bathroom retailers maintain margins, close more sales and sell more products.”

The topics are covered in clear, digestible modules that can be completed at any time, in the convenience of the learner’s own home.

Simon Acres said: “We’re excited to partner with KBBG and to deliver industry-specific sales training material to kitchen and bathroom retailers. There is something for everyone, whatever their level of experience, from establishing the basics for a new starter, smart tips and solutions, to acting as a reminder for a more experienced member of the sales team.”

Bill Miller, Managing Director, KBBG, added: “The modules are easy to access, affordable and will be a valuable asset to members of the KBBG. We want to make our industry more attractive and appealing to young people starting out in their career. These courses are ideal for supporting retailers who may be considering hiring a new employee at entry-level, giving them the chance to expand their knowledge within the sector and develop and flourish within their role.”

KBBG members can contact SAGL Services Director Jordan Burns for more information on the training courses on 0203 701 6660.
