Miele introduces new G7000 dishwashers

Miele’s new G7000 dishwashers with AutoDos and PowerDisk technology can be operated remotely at a pre-set time using the Miele@mobile app.

The PowerDisk, which is inserted in the inside of the dishwasher door panel, contains 400g of Miele’s all-in-one granular detergent. This is automatically dispensed via the AutoDos function depending on the selected cleaning programme, or when used in conjunction with the Automatic programme, the degree of soiling.

Miele’s all-in-one granular detergent provides silver and glass protection and contains components for the final rinse and salt functions. The PowerDisk will last for one month on average, or for 20 washes when used in conjunction with the ECO programme.

The G7000 dishwashers’ WiFiConn@ct function allows operation via a smartphone and the Miele@mobile app, or voice control via Amazon’s Alexa.  Users can select cleaning days, programmes, options, start or end time through AutoStart, which can then be reviewed as a full week.

Notification that a cleaning cycle is due to start allows additional items to be added to the dishwasher if required.  If the appliance door is not opened between two scheduled cleaning cycles, the start of the next wash is delayed on recognition that no dishes have been unloaded.

The new collection operates at noise levels ranging from 42-44dB(A), with some machines providing an ExtraQuiet option, reducing the level down to 38dB(A).

Miele’s G7000 dishwashers will be available from May 2019.
