Morphy Richards sponsors Fantasy Bake Off

Morphy Richards has become the lead sponsor of Fantasy Bake Off, an online game which encourages contestants to make weekly predictions on what will happen in Channel 4’s ever-popular TV show The Great British Bake Off.

The free-to-join game allows its 30,000 subscribers to form leagues and predict who will win best baker, who will finish top in the technical challenge and who will be eliminated each week, as well as selecting the overall series winner and making other predictions.

As part of the sponsorship Morphy Richards will provide a large baking bundle to the highest scoring competitor over the series, which will include its bestselling MixStar Compact Stand Mixer and a Homebaker Breadmaker.

Carly Tait, Campaign Manager at Morphy Richards, said: “The Great British Bake Off is an iconic show which really engages the audience. Fantasy Bake Off encourages viewers to get even more involved and so, as a brand that has been innovating and creating baking and cooking appliances since 1936, it makes perfect sense that we join forces and raise awareness of our products with the next generation of bakers.”
