New combi steam ovens from Caple for professional results at home

Appliance specialist Caple has introduced three new combination steam ovens, SO111GM, SO111SS and SO111, which are “specifically designed for those who love cooking and want to create restaurant-style dishes in the comfort of their own home.” The ovens feature eleven, easy-to-use settings, including the new Steam + Grill, which allows use of the grill function with additional steam to help lock in more moisture and flavour.
 Product manager Luke Shipway said: “We have positioned a water tank in the stylish white LED-display panel, adjacent to the full touch controls, for ease of use. These new combination steam ovens feature an A+ energy rating and a roomy 40 litres capacity in a stylish, durable stainless-steel interior.
“…functions include turbo grill, defrost, fan heat with steam and boost (rapid reheat). These three ovens offer exceptional steam cooking on a temperature scale of 40°C to 100°C on the steam setting, too. This can help to make cooking more flexible and can enable you to achieve better cooking results in the kitchen.”
These models offer a choice of use as traditional oven and grill without steam, plus easy-clean options such as a descaling programme, which is perfect for hard-water areas, a double-glazed removable door and moulded shelf supports.
 The ovens have been designed to work in a bank with matching appliances, from a microwave to a coffee machine, in Caple’s Sense collection.
Dimensions are:  595mm W x 512mm D x 455mm H.

The SO111SS (stainless steel) model has a RRP of £873;

the SO111 (black glass) £812;

the SO111GM (gunmetal) £890.
