Novy launches 80cm Easy PRO vented induction hob

Novy’s Easy PRO 80cm vented induction hob features a quiet central matrix extractor that automatically regulates the extraction speed when cooking begins. The appliance is available in extraction or recirculation versions featuring four 240 x 210mm cooking zones that can be converted into two zoneless Flexzones on either side of the central extractor vent. A bridging function automatically kicks in if a large pan is placed across the zones, ensuring the temperature is the same across the entire cooking area. See features below.

  • 9 power levels plus Power and Super Power boost on single or Flexzones
  • Automatic pot detection
  • Two Flexzones and Automatic Flexzone bridge function: relevant zones will automatically bridge when a large pan is placed on the cooking area. Can also be performed manually via the touch controls
  • Stop & Go pause function
  • Safety lock
  • Each zone equipped with 0 – 99-minute timer
  • Independent cooking timer: countdown/ count up timer
  • Automatic cooking function on each zone: power will activate at maximum then reduce to a pre-set level
  • Keep Warm maintains constant temperature of 70°
  • Chef function automatically links Flexzones while maintaining the correct temperature
  • Grill | Teppan yaki function combines two zones and uses the appropriate grill settings
  • Extractor noise levels: Min: 39dB | Max: 57dB
  • Free flow rate: Max: 1135 m³/h
  • 9 + Power speed settings
  • Automatic speed control using Novy Sense sensor
  • Run on timer: 30 mins
  • Cleaning indicator for grease filter
  • 2 x collection containers for cleaning
