Official TV of World Cup 2018 the “Perfect Partner” says Hisense

With the 2018 FIFA World Cup just about to kick off in Russia this week, the Hisense U7A – the Official Television of the 2018 FIFA World Cup – “is the next best thing to travelling to Russia,” says Hisense.

The World Cup is as much about atmosphere and exotic location as about sporting action, and Hisense believes the U7A has the features and technologies to capture the whole experience with realistic precision and brilliance.

The U7A comes with Hisense’s ULED technology, and Hisense’s Wide Colour Gamut (WCG) technology increases the number of shades between the colours the panel can produce, meaning the U7A claims “more life-like and vibrant colours.”

Ultra-Motion technology estimates and compensates for movement between frames, “creating a smoother, more detailed and life-like depiction of the beautiful game in pixel-by-pixel detail.”

The U7A’s new pre-set, Sport Mode, claims to offer “an even sharper image, smoother motion and enhanced contrast.” Viewers are prompted to use the Sport Mode preset when the screen detects it is showing sport, and a single push of a button engages the enhanced action-capturing technology.

Speaking on the launch of the Hisense U7A, senior marketing manager for Hisense UK, Arun Bhatoye, said: “It’s a great honour for Hisense to have produced the Official Television of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia. We’re really proud of the Hisense U7A and we hope it can transform people’s living rooms into the ultimate sporting showroom this summer.”
