Panasonic and D&G in six-year deal
Panasonic has partnered with provider of appliance care Domestic & General as exclusive aftercare warranty provider for the brand’s TV & Imaging products.
The 6-year partnership will provide warranties for products bought in-store and online.
The collaboration commenced last September in the UK and aims to expand into Germany and Italy, followed by other territories where D&G already has a presence, to create a pan-European alliance.
The move is said to further cement D&G’s position within the consumer electric goods market, enabling the company to serve a further two million Panasonic customers.

Our products are noted for their reliability and long-life so the extra reassurance that comes from accidental damage cover will be a welcome additional service we can offer to our customers.
