Rangemaster launches addition to Professional range

Following the success of the Professional + 90 FX range cooker, Rangemaster has unveiled the new Professional + 100 FX dual fuel range cooker, a 100cm-wide appliance featuring two multifunction ovens with easy-clean enamelled interiors and drop-down doors, and a five-burner gas hob.

The large left-hand oven has an 80-litre capacity and seven functions including fanned grilling, defrost and fan oven. The 55-litre right-hand oven has five functions, including two innovations: ‘Duo’, which eliminates the need to precook (blind bake) pastry as both the base and filling can be cooked through simultaneously; and ‘Delicate’, a gentle combination of base heat and fan, which could be used for open tarts such as quiches, or bain-marie cooking for crème brûlées or soufflés.

The gas hob has simple ‘push, turn, hold’ single-handed ignition, five burners to suit
all pan sizes, and durable dishwasher-safe cast iron pan supports. A wok cradle and griddle are supplied as standard.

There is a choice of three colours – Black, Stainless Steel, and Slate – with chrome finish rotary controls and handles, a colour-matched fascia and a premium white timer display. Drop-down doors have been introduced on the Professional + 100 FX to enhance the aesthetic and to remove the need to allow space for the door opening on to a cupboard, offering greater options for kitchen designers.

Key features also include the full-width storage drawer and the new magnetic plinth, which is easy to fit and adds to the contemporary aesthetic. The new Professional + 100 FX range cooker is available to retailers now.
