Samsung launches support programme for kitchen specialists
Samsung Electronics UK has introduced a programme to support, educate and reward kitchen specialists who believe in the brand’s vision, with a view to furthering its role as a leader within the domestic appliance industry.
The “Samsung Kitchen Circle” offers support via a specialised technical team available seven days a week and provides access to a full suite of online marketing materials and in-store video assets.
Product training for each new launch, and refresher training when required, will also be included in the programme, along with access to Samsung’s consumer marketing plan for 2019 and a monthly Round-Up newsletter detailing any key activities.
Kitchen Specialists will be offered ongoing product support, in addition to a rolling year-round rewards scheme that will acknowledge commitment and excellence.
The highest levels of achievement will be recognised and celebrated at an awards event later in the year, the company said.
“We are growing with our kitchen specialists and learning from them all the time,” said Mark Seaman, Head of Home Appliances at Samsung UK and Ireland.
“Our intention is to make the programme and their partnership with us as rewarding, enjoyable and human as possible with many occasions to celebrate their successes, give feedback to us and build skills continually along the way.”
