Siemens’ two new built-under wine cabinets

Siemens has introduced two new built-under wine cabinets which, says the company, exhibit “the brand’s typical sleek aesthetic.”

The iQ500 KU20WVHF0G is 30cm wide and can store up to 21 bottles. Designed as a single-zone cabinet, it can be set to a single temperature between 5 and 20 degrees C and is most appropriate for users who enjoy a specific type of wine. Siemens recommends between 8 and 12 degrees C for ready-to-drink white wine, between 12 and 19 degrees C for red and around 5 to 8 degrees C for sparking wine.

The iQ500 KU21WAHG0G is 60cm wide and stores up to 44 bottles. It is a dual-zone cabinet with two separate spaces that can be set to different temperatures according to which wines are being stored.

To prevent harmful exposure to direct light the glass doors of both models have a UV filter. Each model also has oak shelving and a black aluminium door handle, is vented through the plinth to ensure efficient working of the cabinet, and is equipped with a reversible hinge to allow left- or right-hand opening. A warning alarm ensures the cabinet door is not accidentally left open.

30cm iQ500 KU20WVHF0G: RRP £849.00

60cm iQ500 KU21WAHG0G: RRP £1,199.00
