Stoves partners with Soho Farmhouse

GDHA brand Stoves has partnered Soho House & Co’s latest UK property, Soho Farmhouse, to provide made-in-Britain, custom-finished cooking appliances for the Oxfordshire house.

Soho House & Co was founded in London in 1995 as a private members’ club for people in the creative industries and has since opened clubs across Europe and North America, along with restaurants, cinemas, spas and bedrooms.

Its newest venture, Soho Farmhouse, is sited across 100 acres of countryside and has 40 wood and tin guest cabins set along a lakefront.

All one-bed, two-bed and three-bed cabins each have their own fully-equipped kitchens incorporating a custom-finished 900mm induction Stoves Richmond range cooker in a specially-created Soho Farmhouse Green, which was co-designed by Nick Jones, Soho House & Co’s founder.

Cookhouse, the onsite cookery and cocktail school at the farmhouse, offers guests the opportunity to learn or improve cooking and cocktail-making skills with experts including the in-house team and other well-regarded chefs.

For Cookhouse, Stoves provided twelve SEB600FP built-in single electric ovens in a modern stainless steel finish and a number of refrigerators.

The four-bedroom cottage and seven-bedroom farmhouse also have 1100mm Richmond range cookers in Soho House green with co-ordinating hoods and an American-style side-by-side fridge freezer.

Jane Rylands, Head of Marketing Communications for Stoves, said: “As a proud British manufacturer, we couldn’t be more honoured to be partnering with Soho Farmhouse.

“Such a beautiful and well-designed location provides the perfect backdrop for our appliances, and the interiors team has done a wonderful job of creating a stylish look for all the kitchens.

“We’re delighted that Soho House chose our British-made appliances for such an ambitious, stylish and classically British destination.”
