Stoves to have major presence at UK food and drink events

British cooking brand Stoves has announced a partnership with cookery theatre provider Chefs on Stage which will see its appliances used at food and drink festivals across the UK throughout 2017.

Stoves will provide built-in cooking appliances for the live cookery theatres at some of the biggest food and drink festivals, ranging from Harrogate to London and Glasgow to Portsmouth.

The Stoves-branded stages will feature live cooking demonstrations from some of the UK’s best known celebrity chefs and bakers, including James Martin, Paul Hollywood, John Torode, Mary Berry and the 2016 Great British Bake Off champion Candice Brown.

The brand will also be promoting the events throughout the year and supporting them with competitions to win tickets, pop-up activity at some shows and via social media. Chefs taking part at the events will provide recipes and content for the Stoves website.

Jane Rylands, Head of Marketing Communications at Stoves, said: “As a nation, food and drink plays a huge role in how we spend our leisure time and these shows are phenomenally popular. We are delighted that our products will be seen by all these show visitors and to be working so closely with some of the nation’s best loved chefs.”
