The Range offers protected installation service for kitchens
Multi-channel retailer The Range has announced it is working with The British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installation (BiKBBI) on supporting its kitchen customers with an independent installation service in partnership with ProtectMyInstall.co.uk.
ProtectMyInstall.co.uk allows retailers to focus on designing and selling kitchens and bathrooms, without the complexity of installation. The service offers a number of beneficial elements for the installer and their customer, including protected payments, Trading Standards-approved contracts, itemised quotes and an insurance-backed guarantee for workmanship. It also offers a pathway for Alternative Dispute Resolution.
The Range has a growing network of over 180 stores across the UK and Ireland and will introduce customers to the ProtectMyInstall.co.uk sevice from January 1st 2021.
