The White Collection from Tefal

Tefal’s new White Collection is the brand’s first colour co-ordinated electrical range. It comprises six new food preparation items in brilliant white, all of which have been designed to make food preparation easier and faster.

The Tefal Fruit Sensation (RRP £39.99) will blend fruit and vegetables and has two additional attachments that create a variety of textures so the appliance is also capable of grinding coffee beans.

Infiny Force (RRP £59.99) is hand blender with a ‘sauce foot’ that accommodates simultaneous mixing and emulsifying. It has 20 different speed settings and comes with attachments to meet a variety of needs: a multi-white whisk, a stainless steel wand and two beakers in which to blend sauces or soups. It is also supplied with a sauce recipe book.

The Tefal Easy Soup (£79.99) does as its label suggests. It has four automated programmes: creamed soup, chunky soup, compote and a blend function, so is also suitable for preparing desserts and smoothies. Users simply need to add their ingredients and leave the Easy Soup to do the hard work. An automatic function will keep soup warm for 40 minutes after cooking.

A compact Kitchen Machine (RRP £199.99) has also been added to the range. It features the same planetary movement as high-end versions and comes with a 1.5 litre blender and shredder/grater attachments. A specially designed die-cast aluminium kneading hook provides the necessary power for heavy dough recipes and a die-cast aluminium beater is supplied for cakes and batter. It also comes with a patented stainless steel and plastic whisk.

The Tefal Mastermix (RRP £109.99) is a powerful blender incorporating six blades with Tripl’Ax technology for high performance. It has a thermal shock-resistant glass jar with 2-litre capacity and two automatic programmes – one for blending smoothies and one for crushing ice. All of the detachable parts are dishwasher safe.

The baby of the bunch is the Minipro chopper (£29.99), which promises a man-sized performance whether chopping, pureeing or crushing. It has three dual stainless steel blades capable of two speeds with turbo touch.
