Video makeover for Prima website

PJH brand Prima has added a number of “how to” videos to its website to explain the features and benefits of its product ranges, including ovens, hobs and dishwashers.

PJH points out that the Prima appliance range is differentiated by its “feature-packed offering at an extremely competitive price point”.

The videos showcase these USPs and promote the quality, style, and use of the products, which cannot be typically conveyed through brochures or flat images alone.

Consumers will see the features of each appliance, such as oven settings, cooking and pyrolytic functions, and often overlooked details such as oven door glass removal or the how the oven rail stoppers work.

An increased number of printable data sheets and line drawings have also been added to the website, providing specifications such as dimensions, energy use and capacity where applicable.

Rob Brooks, Product Manager, Prima Appliances, Sinks and Taps, said: “With social media playing a large role in the customer decision-making process, having these short, succinct videos available will allow us to actively promote products and features through these channels.

“But they also provide a more immersive shopping experience for those visiting the Prima website, which is important to potential consumers looking for appliances as well as helpful to stockists wanting to showcase the Prima ranges.

“Importantly, and in-line with PJH’s strategy that ‘together we’re better™’, the Prima brand is protected online so that Prima stockists can make a protected margin.”

To support the Prima Appliance, Sink & Tap brand, PJH offers display deals and promotions as well as a consumer brochure and POS.
