Which? endorsement for Euronics retailers

Consumer magazine Which? has recognised Euronics retailers in a Home Products survey published in its December 2020 issue.

Euronics was placed in joint second place with a score of 83% behind John Lewis & Partners in an online survey of 28 retailers which canvassed 12,419 adults, members of the Which? Connect panel and members of the public.

Euronics achieved five-star ratings in five categories covering product quality, staff knowledge and helpfulness, installation, removal and recycling services, packaging and warranties.

“Customer service sets Euronics apart from its rivals,” the magazine reported, adding the view of one shopper who said: “I feel valued as a customer. I’ve bought several appliances from them and they always take care of me.”

Stuart Cook, Chief Executive of buying group CIH, which is part of Europe’s Euronics buying organisation, said: “This Which? Magazine survey confirms how important it is for retailers to give consumers service, support and expertise and how much that is valued.

“To receive independent recognition from such an influential source is a vindication for us, and our members, that Euronics stores are very much part of the fabric of the local community. They have a huge role to play in helping consumers make the best informed buying decisions they can on home appliances.”
