Whirlpool recognised as Top Employer

Whirlpool Corporation has been recognised as a leading employer in the UK and Europe by the Top Employers Institute, an organisation which certifies employers who create excellent conditions for their workforce.

According to the Top Employers Institute, independent research revealed that Whirlpool “provides exceptional employee conditions, nurtures and develops talent throughout all levels of the organisation and has demonstrated its leadership status in the HR environment, always striving to optimise its employment practices and to develop its employees.”

David Plink, CEO of the Top Employers Institute, said: “Optimal employee conditions ensure that people can develop themselves personally and professionally.”

Whirlpool Corporation was awarded the Top Employers United Kingdom and Top Employers Europe certification in Consumer Good and Services, Engineering, Manufacturing.
