Whirlpool UK named Top Employer for 4th consecutive year

Whirlpool EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) has been awarded Top Employer Europe status, having been certified by the Top Employer Institute for 2021 in the UK, France, Italy, Poland and Russia.

For Whirlpool UK, the home of Hotpoint, Indesit, Whirlpool and KitchenAid brands, it is the fourth consecutive year in which the company has received this recognition.

The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR domains comprising 20 topics such as people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.

Andrzej Tuleja, UK and Ireland General Manager at Whirlpool UK Appliances, said: “Our colleagues are integral to our business and ensuring we provide a safe working environment that supports and nurtures our colleagues is of utmost importance.

“2020 was an unprecedented year for us all. We are therefore delighted that 2021 has started with an amazing recognition of the hard work and dedication that Whirlpool invests in its colleagues for now and the future.”
